1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Muslimah in Product (MIP) Network website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

MIP Network provides a community platform for Muslim women in product management, including but not limited to mentorship, networking events, and resource sharing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform in a manner that is consistent with our values of excellence, respect, and sisterhood. You are responsible for all content you post and for ensuring that your conduct does not violate the rights of others or any applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MIP Network or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

MIP Network shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or for cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MIP Network operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
